Chicken

These recipes use my favourite and most used meat – chicken. Chicken gets a bad rep, it’s known as being dry, bland and unadventurous, however it’s one of the leanest and healthiest, particularly the breast, and so versatile. Give some of these recipes a go, the key is to not overcook chicken. Many people are scared it isn’t cooked. If it’s white and the juices run clear, you’re safe.
